October Events for Codependency Alchemy
Come join our live sessions and do shadow work and inner child healing around codependency patterns that might be negatively impacting your relationships.
Lately, I’ve been invited to listen.
To slow down.
To notice the nudges that whisper, “There’s more possible.”
A new level of surrender has been asking to move through me— an invitation to peace, which in turn brings more presence. And when I feel more present, I see everything differently: the fears, the longings, the places I hold on, and the places I’m ready to release.
Last month in the membership
In September, we explored the tender spaces of love and surrender— what it means to feel stuck in our relationships, and what it takes to trust the mystery of life when answers don’t come right away. Both posts carried an invitation to stop gripping so tightly and lean into presence instead.
This post unpacked the truth that when love feels stuck, it often isn’t about the other person—it’s about where we’ve abandoned ourselves. From saying yes when we mean no, to waiting for someone else to change, we explored how shifting the focus inward creates real movement.
This was a letter to the unknown—a reflection on what it means to release control and meet the places we can’t yet see. If you’ve ever felt the ache of uncertainty, this piece is a reminder that peace often lives in surrender, and that presence can be its own kind of strength.
October Themes
From this place of surrender and belonging, I feel two themes alive for us this month. Both speak to the tension between longing and letting go.
Theme #1: When you fear outgrowing love
This theme is about the ache of expansion— the fear that if you grow, if you claim more peace and presence, you’ll lose the ones you love. It’s tender, but it’s also truth.
It might show up as…
Silencing your growth to keep others comfortable
Feeling guilty for wanting more ease or depth
Holding yourself back out of fear of being “too much”
When we tend to this, we…
Build trust that our growth serves us and ripples out to others
Learn to hold the grief of shifting dynamics with compassion
Allow ourselves to expand without apology
Theme #2: When you stop carrying what isn’t yours
This theme is about the quiet revolution of laying down burdens that were never yours to carry. Of honoring that you can’t actualize someone else’s healing— only your own.
It might show up as…
Taking responsibility for someone else’s growth or feelings
Feeling resentful when others don’t “keep up”
Confusing caretaking with love
When we tend to this, we…
Reclaim energy we’ve been giving away
Learn to love without losing ourselves
Choose presence and peace over over-responsibility
🗳 Make sure to vote in the poll above and tell me which theme feels most alive for you this October.
