In this masterclass, I share insights on how to stop taking responsibility for other people's feelings and moods. We’ll be talking about how codependency and people-pleasing tendencies have often been passed down unconsciously through generations.
Through identifying common codependent patterns and doing some shadow work prompts, we’re really coming together to gain a deeper understanding of where these patterns come from so that we can start making changes that actually support us and how we desire to feel.
And I share some of my own experiences too, and how shifting away from this dynamic has positively impacted my relationship and brought me more intimacy and connection- not less.
In this masterclass, we will cover:
Common codependent patterns in relationships and how to identify them in yourself
Using shadow work prompts to uncover deeper fears and beliefs fueling codependency tendencies
Practical tools for setting boundaries, prioritizing self-care, and challenging limiting beliefs
Steps to shift from basing self-worth on others' happiness to connecting with inner wisdom and resilience
My hope is that this masterclass will provide you with a clearer picture of how this tendency shows up for you and why through our shadow work exercise.
After watching the masterclass, I invite you to join me in the comments, sharing what came through regarding the shadow work prompts. You’re welcome to ask questions and share your take-aways from the class in the comments as well!
