A:What advice would you give to someone who's considering doing shadow work or inner child healing, but they might be hesitant?
L: The fact that you're even considering it means that you've already got the sign to do it. It's already knocking at your door, so you either do it now or you're going to put it off for a number of years, when you could just save yourself a lot of heartache. Just suspend all judgment and know that if you haven't been able to connect with your inner child before, what Alyssa does is such a different, unique technique. This isn't what you've tried before, so if you've already got the call, you just need to answer it.
In this episode, I sit down with Luce, who is celebrating her one year in the Codependency Alchemy membership, to explore her incredible healing journey since joining and doing this deep inner work.
Initially hesitant and unsure about codependency or how it would relate to her, Luce shares how she went from feeling skeptical to experiencing a profound reclamation of her soul’s purpose. Through powerful soul retrieval sessions she received by joining our membership calls, she uncovered and healed childhood wounds she didn’t realize were there, ending a 25-year eating disorder, and reconnecting with her body and self-worth. Luce opens up about how the work reshaped her relationship with her mother, led her to reclaim her femininity, and even inspired her to become a female sexuality practitioner, helping other women in their healing journeys.
Tune in to hear how the support of the membership community has been a key part of her path to self-discovery and empowerment.
In this episode:
How Luce discovered codependency work and what led her to it
What her initial thoughts and hesitations were around codependency and inner child work
How the work we do in the Codependency Alchemy membership has transformed her life, and the breakthroughs she has had since joining
